Jan conducts appeals against the whole range of negative immigration decisions whether taken by the Home Office/UKBA or by Entry Clearance Officers. He can advise you on and draft appeal grounds against initial refusals of applications for leave to remain or leave to enter, against negative determinations by the First Tier Tribunal/Upper Tribunal and against refusals of leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal.
